Owner MJ Carlesi, affectionately known
within the community as Mother Ram, is a retired, internationally titled pole sport competitor
earning first-place finishes across regional,
national, and international events.

Her accolades also include a successful
career as a competitive natural bodybuilder
earning multiple titles and serving as VP of an International bodybuilding organization.
This diverse background has given MJ an exceptional level of body awareness, movement intelligence and leadership
experience that has allowed her to
cultivate a strong, inclusive
and safety-focused space
while building a studio rooted in
COMMUNITY and empowerment.

Skye is a full time Union pipe fitter/welder with a love for dance. Skye began pole dancing in 2018, and after a few years of being a devoted student, she began teaching in 2021.
Throughout her journey at Aries, Skye has competed four times, bringing home 3 gold medals and 1 silver medal. She also stepped into the role of Studio Unicorn (The liaison between Aries and the world of Pole Sport Organization)
in 2024 and has helped many of the
students bring home medals as well!

In 2026 she officially became the co-owner of the studio she has poured so much into! Skye says that Aries is her whole heart, and it truly shows! The way that Skye shows up for her studio and her students embodies the Aries slogan of,
"Come for the workout. Stay for the community."
